Job Overview :

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Event Operations Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for live events and a strong interest in sound, lighting, and stage operations .

This role involves managing our on-ground event operations. F rom load-in to load-out, as well as overseeing our warehouse activities during non-event days. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving challenges on the go, and enjoy being part of the live event energy, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee event setup, operations, and dismantling for sound, lighting, and backline equipment.
• Coordinate with clients, artists, and in-house teams to arrange the right equipments ensure smooth event execution.
• Manage and allocate manpower, logistics, and technical resources for each project.
• Supervise warehouse activities including equipment organization, maintenance, and inventory.
• Ensure all gear is properly tested, packed, and dispatched before events.
• Maintain clear communication between technical crews, drivers, and management.
• Ensure safety and efficiency standards are followed at all times.
