Sourcing Responsibilities

  • Identify and source potential clients, brokers, and channel partners for business growth.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of real estate agents, brokers, and other intermediaries to generate quality leads.
  • Analyse market trends to identify high-potential clients.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Screen and qualify prospective buyers / sellers to ensure suitability of property requirements.
  • Maintain regular communication with channel partners and provide them with marketing material, project updates, and training sessions.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, commission structures, and closing terms with channel partners.

Closing Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end deal closures from lead generation to final registration.
  • Conduct property site visits with prospective clients, ensuring project highlights and USPs are effectively communicated.
  • Negotiate offers, pricing, and terms between buyers, sellers, and developers to secure profitable deals.
  • Handle all required documentation including agreements, MoUs, legal paperwork, and registration processes.
  • Ensure timely collection of booking amounts, token money, and other payments.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth transaction execution.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the closing process to enhance client satisfaction and encourage referrals.
