Essential Responsibilities

• Must have experience in HV cable system design (from 33kV to 400kV) and rating calculation (CYMCAP or similar software proficiency).
• Preparation of cable route sketches in 2D CAD.
• Ability to demonstrate good written communication skills including report writing.
• Create Cable cross sections.
• Cable schematics and bonding.
• Prepare Joint pit bays and bill of materials.
• Producing Material Schedules & Technical specifications.
• Support bidding and technical proposals.
• Basic experience in Civils 3D to check and review the cable routing.
• Must have experience with BSEN/IEC/IS/ANSI/Saudi standards/National Grid (UK/US)/DNO/ENA standards.

Here's what you'll need

Qualifications And Skills:

• BTech/ME/MTech- 15+ years of experience.
• Experience in CYMCAP or equivalent.
• Experience with civil coordination and layouts drawings.
• Analytical mind, rigorous and commitment.
• Professional English spoken and written.
• Member of IET or equivalent .
