Position Lead / Manager Engineer

Your Role and Responsibilities :

• Write high-performance and sustainable back-end applications using Python programming language and the Django framework.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture while working closely with senior engineers to ensure scalable and maintainable systems.Implement new features and proactively optimise the existing code.
• Integrations with third-party systems like Payment gateways and Channel managers.
• Implement and uphold engineering best practices, including code reviews, design discussions, and adherence to the development lifecycle..
• Mentoring junior backend engineers.
• Own and optimize infrastructure costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Monitor infrastructure usage and work with the team to optimize costs where possible.
