The Brand Visual Designer at RootQuotient will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across all touchpoints. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a deep understanding of branding and design best practices. The Brand Visual Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling content for social media, the RootQuotient website, Podcast, sales and marketing collateral, and other branding materials.
The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following
Branding and Visual Identity :
- Develop and maintain RootQuotient's visual brand identity across all platforms.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all visual content.
Social Media Design
Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook).Design graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other visual content to enhance social media presence.Website Design
Collaborate with the web development team to design and update the RootQuotient website.Ensure the website's visual elements are user-friendly, visually appealing, and on-brand.Sales And Marketing Collaterals
Design presentations, whitepapers, case studies, and other sales and marketing materials.Ensure all materials are visually compelling and effectively communicate our brand message.Event And Promotional Materials
Design visual content for company events, webinars, and promotional campaigns.Create banners, posters, invitations, and other event-related materials.Collaborative Projects
Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.Brand Understanding And Best Practices
Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices.Continuously improve the visual design strategy to keep the brand fresh and relevant.Requirements
2-4 years of Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role in a marketing team.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including branding, social media graphics, and marketing materials.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to understand and incorporate feedback to improve designs.Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles is a plus.This job was posted by Krishna Sharmathi from RootQuotient.
