Job Title : Senior Manager - Google Ads

We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Google Ads Manager to lead and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads accounts, with proven expertise in managing large monthly ad spends. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and scaling paid media campaigns to drive measurable business results across multiple industries and verticals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max platforms.
• Manage budgets ranging between $40K+ per month with a focus on ROI & performance improvement.
• Conduct deep-dive data analysis, reporting to drive decision making & continuous optimization.
• Develop and test new campaign strategies, creatives, bidding tactics to maximize conversions and minimize CPA.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (SEO, design, and content) for cohesive campaigns.
• Stay current with Google Ads innovations, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Implement conversion tracking, audience targeting, remarketing strategies, and attribution modeling.
• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
