Job Description :
We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our US Customer Support team. You'll be responsible for assisting US-based customers through calls, emails, or chats — ensuring quick resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls / emails / chats professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain detailed and clear records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of issues.
- Deliver excellent service and maintain quality standards in communication.
Requirements :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.Strong problem-solving attitude and patience in handling customer concerns.Freshers with good communication are highly encouraged to apply.Job Type : Full-time
