Summary of Role

As our Senior AI Engineer, you are the technical leader who will bring our Generative AI vision to life. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our new intelligent solutions—from designing complex, multi-agent workflows to deploying them as robust, scalable services on the cloud.

You won't just be using models like LLaMA or GPT; you'll be weaving them into autonomous systems using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGen. This is a high-impact, hands-on-keyboard role where you will collaborate globally to build the engine of our future.

Your Impact & What You'll Do

• Architect Autonomous Agents : Go beyond simple prompts. You will design and build sophisticated, multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, Langgraph, and AutoGen to tackle complex, multi-step problems.
• Build the "Brain" : You’ll implement autonomous agents capable of advanced task decomposition, persistent memory management, and intelligent tool usage.
• Own the End-to-End AI Stack : You will own the full generative AI development process, from building advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with vector databases to developing the RESTful APIs that serve your solutions.
• Deploy for Global Scale : You will leverage your cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP) to containerize (Docker) and deploy your AI services, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and production-ready.
• Innovate & Lead : You will be the go-to technical expert, collaborating across global teams to identify new opportunities for GenAI and setting the standard for responsible, high-impact AI development.
