This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai for a Junior Medical Coding Trainer. The role involves providing training and mentorship for medical coding, developing curriculum and training materials, and delivering engaging and effective training sessions. The trainer will also assist with evaluating trainees' performance and ensure accurate understanding of medical terminology and coding standards. Collaboration with team members to enhance and update course content is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Medical Coding and Medical Terminology
• Experience in Medical Assisting and understanding of core medical principles
• Skills in Curriculum Development and the ability to design effective training programs
• Effective communication, presentation, and mentorship abilities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant medical or health-related field is preferred
• Certifications in medical coding, such as CPC, CCS, or equivalent, are a plus
