Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to drive backend development initiatives. This role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of backend services to ensure a seamless and high-performance user experience. The role includes leading a team of Node.js developers and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Education : B.E. / B.Tech, MCA, or an equivalent degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Experience : Minimum of 10+ years in backend development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role .
  • Technical Skills :
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture .
  • Hands-on experience with databases and API design .
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and CI / CD pipelines .
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) .

  • Define and implement microservices development standards and best practices .
  • Stay updated on backend technologies, trends, and industry best practices .
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Plan, manage, and execute backend development projects within scope and budget.
  • Ensure high-quality software delivery and technical performance .
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor a team of backend developers .
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams , including product managers and designers.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovation-driven work environment .
