Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Implementation Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading software implementations for new and existing clients, conducting product training, and managing client relationships from implementation through go-live.

Analyse client requirements and configure the software systems accordingly.

Conduct software installations, configurations, and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Develop and deliver training programs to educate clients on software functionalities and best practices.

Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance during the implementation phase.

Identify and communicate potential risks, issues, and roadblocks that may impact the implementation process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth implementation and resolve any technical or functional issues.

Conduct system testing and quality assurance checks to ensure software functionality and data integrity.

Document implementation processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented software solutions, making recommendations for improvements or enhancements.
