Job Title : WMS Manhattan Consultant / Analyst / Specialist

Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and support Manhattan WMS applications (primarily Active WMS or WMOS).
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system and user issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with operations, IT, and logistics teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in WMS implementation and upgrade projects (design, testing, deployment, and support).
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
- Train end users and support teams on system usage and best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors and Manhattan Associates for system enhancements or issue resolution.
- Monitor WMS performance and recommend improvements to optimize processes.
