Role Overview-
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for design, a strong grasp of visual storytelling, and a hunger to learn and grow. You’ll support our creative team in bringing ideas to life across digital, social, and print platforms. The ideal candidate has a solid design foundation, is eager to build on their skills, and brings a positive, collaborative energy to the table.
What You'll Do-
- Work closely with senior designers, copywriters, and strategists to develop engaging visuals
- Assist in designing assets for social media, websites, presentations, and campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and help evolve visual guidelines as needed
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, relevant design ideas
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
- Manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines with attention to detail
- Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly to improve the quality of work
- Support the design team on various stages of project execution—from concept to final delivery
- Contribute to a collaborative, open, and inspiring studio culture
What We're Looking For-
6 months+ experience in a graphic design role (agency experience is a plus)A solid portfolio showcasing creative thinking and execution across digital or printProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma or Canva is a bonusGood understanding of typography, layout, and color theoryBasic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus, not a mustA collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detailWillingness to learn, take initiative, and push your creative limitsNice-to-Have-
Exposure to or interest in generative AI tools like MidJourney, Firefly, Chatgpt etc.Some familiarity with Branding design and PitchesAn understanding of basic production processes (for print / digital outputs)
