Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Salesperson. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting products, providing product knowledge and recommendations, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Additionally, the Retail Salesperson will build and maintain strong customer relationships, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and support promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Product Knowledge and Retail Sales skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in the retail industry is a plus
