Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven professional to join our team as an International Sales Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate and convert leads from international markets, build a strong global client pipeline, and drive revenue growth by promoting Bright Brain’s digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in international sales, a strong understanding of digital marketing services, and the ability to close high-value deals.

Location : Churchgate , Mumbai

Work Mode : Hybrid

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Timings : 10 AM – 7 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute robust sales strategies to penetrate international markets and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, Marketing Heads, and Decision-Makers across geographies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new international opportunities and analyze industry trends globally.
  • Handle inbound inquiries from international clients and proactively reach out to generate outbound leads.
  • Qualify leads, present tailored digital marketing solutions, and convert them into long-term contracts.
  • Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring profitability and high client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, delivery, and design) to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.
  • Prepare detailed reports on international sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback for management review.
  • Stay updated with global digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, Paid Media, Social Media Marketing, Communication Design, etc.).
  • Proven experience in international client acquisition and sales operations.
  • Familiarity with international lead generation platforms, qualification processes, and CRM systems.
  • Experience in handling sales analytics, reporting, and proposal creation.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and CRM / sales tools.
  • Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (any additional foreign language is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
  • Ability to engage with senior decision-makers across global markets.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and client relationship building.
  • Cultural awareness and adaptability to international business practices.
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in International Sales (preferably in a digital marketing agency or paid advertising agency).
