Job Summary :

- Recommend the purchase or development of new equipment or tooling to enhance production capabilities.
Responsibilities :
Oversee the installation, testing, and validation of new machinery and equipment, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure proper upkeep of manufacturing equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.Provide technical support to the production floor, troubleshooting and resolving issues that impact product quality or manufacturing efficiency.Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, achieving business objectives.Maintain detailed records of process changes, equipment specifications, and production reports, facilitating data-driven decision making.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a proven track record of delivering results.Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and six sigma methodologies, applying them to drive process improvements.Ability to analyze production data and identify areas for improvement, driving business growth through data-driven insights.Working Conditions :
