Job Summary :

Manufacturing engineers play a crucial role in optimizing production processes, reducing costs, and enhancing product quality.

  • Design and implement efficient manufacturing systems to meet business objectives.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve workflows, reduce downtime, and increase throughput.
  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Recommend the purchase or development of new equipment or tooling to enhance production capabilities.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the installation, testing, and validation of new machinery and equipment, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure proper upkeep of manufacturing equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Provide technical support to the production floor, troubleshooting and resolving issues that impact product quality or manufacturing efficiency.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, achieving business objectives.
  • Maintain detailed records of process changes, equipment specifications, and production reports, facilitating data-driven decision making.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and six sigma methodologies, applying them to drive process improvements.
  • Ability to analyze production data and identify areas for improvement, driving business growth through data-driven insights.
