Ltd. is a fast-growing digital marketing and branding agency , working with brands across healthcare, education, lifestyle, real estate, and hospitality.We’re on the lookout for a creative Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor who can bring ideas to life through visually compelling videos, reels, and animations for social media and ad campaigns.Key Responsibilities : Video Editing & Motion DesignCreate engaging social media reels, short-form videos, and ads for multiple brands.Design and animate motion graphics, text effects, and transitions that elevate storytelling.Edit brand, testimonial, explainer, and promotional videos for online, TV, and theater use.Work with the content and design teams to bring creative concepts to life.Ensure all deliverables are optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)Creative Direction & StrategyUnderstand client brand tone and create video styles that align with their identity.Stay updated on social media trends, transitions, and editing styles that boost engagement.Suggest creative video ideas and motion styles for campaigns and brand stories.Technical & Quality ControlMaintain consistency in frame, color, typography, and brand look.Manage video assets, organize raw files, and meet project deadlines.Ensure high-quality output suitable for multiple platforms (HD, 4K, vertical / horizontal).Requirements : 1–4 years of hands-on experience in motion design and video editing (agency experience preferred).Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop .Strong portfolio showcasing video ads, reels, and motion graphic work.Understanding of timing, rhythm, color, and composition.Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
