CPL Delivery Manager

Job descriptionIndustry : Must be from AdTech / Performance Marketing / Affiliate Marketing / Lead Generation industry. Experience : 4+ years managing CPL or CPA campaign delivery and affiliate operations. Technical Skills : Hands-on with ad tracking & campaign platforms (HasOffers / TUNE, Affise, Everflow, etc.) Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards. Knowledge of postbacks, tracking pixels, and API integrations. Soft Skills : Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience across multiple geographies and verticals (Finance, Education, Insurance, etc.) Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Understanding of funnel optimization and lead lifecycle management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of CPL (Cost Per Lead) campaigns across multiple verticals.
- Oversee affiliate marketing operations — coordinate with affiliates and publishers to achieve lead targets.
- Ensure lead quality, compliance, and campaign performance meet client KPIs.
- Monitor delivery pacing, budget utilization, and optimize for better ROI.
- Analyze campaign data to identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities.
- Handle lead validation , troubleshooting, and rejection resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, affiliates, and ad networks .
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and account management teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Generate and present performance reports with insights and recommendations.
