Job descriptionDesign and support the implementation of AIML solutions across HR functions including recruitment workforce analytics employee experience and LD. Collaborate with HR IT and data teams to integrate AI tools into existing HR platforms eg Workday SAP Success Factors Oracle HCM. Define technical architecture and data flows for AI systems tailored to HR needs. Lead initiatives to deploy predictive analytics models e.g. attrition risk talent matching and intelligent automation eg resume parsing chatbot based onboarding. Ensure AI solutions follow industry best practices for data privacy ethics and compliance GDPR CCPA. Continuously assess emerging HR AI tools and recommend relevant technologies and vendors. Support scalability and optimization of AI models in a multi client service based HR environment. Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Data Science Engineering or a related field. 3 to 6 years of experience in AIML systems development or architecture preferably with exposure to HR or people analytics. Experience in the IT services industry with an understanding of HR challenges in global workforce management. Hands on experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure or GCP and AIML frameworks. Familiarity with HR systems and APIs Workday SAP Oracle ServiceNow etc. Experience with AI applications in recruitment learning or performance management. Knowledge of ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and responsible data usage in HR, as Well as Certifications in AIML or HR analytics, such as Microsoft AI Engineer, SHRM CP, and PHR.
