Role Descriptio

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and executing interior fit-out projects across shopping malls, high streets, hotels, and commercial spaces. The role involves overseeing site activities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring project timelines, quality, and compliance with design and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and manage site execution of interior fit-out projects from start to handover.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Review and monitor project schedules, drawings, material submittals, and shop drawings.
Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections, track progress, and prepare project status reports.
Assist in resolving design and execution challenges on-site.
Verify contractor’s work against approved designs and specifications.
Monitor project costs, control wastage, and support in billing verification.
Facilitate timely approvals, escalations, and handover documentation.
Prepare tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and quantity estimates in line with project

requirements.

Track and monitor project progress, flagging delays or deviations from the established schedule.

Support the Project Manager in coordination between office and site teams, contractors, and

consultants.

Required Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience : Minimum 3+ years of experience of site execution works

Core Competencies :

Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, detailing, and finishing standards.

Familiarity with project management practices in the retail, hospitality, and commercial sectors.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and MS Office tools.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage timelines under pressure.

Eye for detail, problem-solving attitude, and proactive approach.

Ability to manage site supervision , grading , and construction drawings effectively.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and ensure timely project completion within budget.
