Position Title : Manager Purchase Dairy Materials

Function : Purchase

Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka

Key Job Responsibilities :

• Handling Dairy Products Purchase ( Butter, Milk Powder - SMP, WMP, Whey Powder, SCM etc, with Annual Spend of Rs 500 Crores for Pan India Requirement of Industry
• Managing the timely buying as per Budget and Market Price
• Scheduling and Smooth supplies of Dairy Products to 80 factories across India
• Close tracking of Demand and Supply Factors , with in depth ground level market intelligence
• New vendor additions, by coordinating with Quality, R&D and Regulatory team
• Quality Rejections Control. Periodic Quality Testing for Adulteration Test
• Cost Saving Initiatives
• Proper Stock Management in Cold Store by third party Audit, FIFO adherence, Temp norm Adherence

Education :

Qualification : Preferably MBA ( from IRMA, MANAGE ), Graduate with Good Experience in Dairy Sector

Experience : 2-3 years experience in Dairy Industry, Procurement or Sale of Milk and Milk Products, like Milk Powder, Butter etc

Exposure in Tableau, Data Analytics and Automation Projects is preferred
