Job descriptionMonitor inventory levels across warehouses, production sites, and distribution centers. Recommend safety stock levels, reorder points, and replenishment strategies. Identify and resolve slow-moving, obsolete, or excess inventory. Work with sourcing and procurement teams to analyze supplier performance, lead times, and cost trends. Support vendor negotiations and assist in making data-backed purchasing decisions. Analyze transportation, warehousing, and distribution costs. Recommend network improvements (e.g., warehouse placement, transport mode) to minimize costs and lead times. Develop and maintain KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turnover, cost per unit) to track supply chain performance. Prepare regular dashboards and reports for senior management. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential risks in the supply chain process. Propose and implement process improvements and mitigation strategies. Support cross-functional projects (e.g., new product launches, process Collaboration : Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with business goals. Provide analytical support for business cases, capex planning, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Analyst - Supply
We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our FMCG operations team. In this role, you will analyze and optimize supply chain performance across demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics. You will provide data-driven insights to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support our fast-moving consumer goods business in meeting customer demand reliably and profitably.
