Job descriptionImplement integrations between Salesforce FSC and external systems using OmniStudio tools. Automate workflows and data flows to enhance efficiency and customer journeys. Customize Salesforce objects, fields, and layouts to meet business requirements. Configure FSC features such as Household Data Model, Financial Accounts, and Relationship Groups. Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance. Document solutions, create technical specifications, and ensure adherence to best practices. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Experience with Salesforce data model, security, and declarative tools. OmniScripts : guided user interactions. FlexCards : dynamic UI components. DataRaptors : ETL processes. Integration Procedures : multi-step integrations. Calculation Procedures / Matrices : complex business logic. Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL / SOSL. REST / SOAP APIs for integrations. Git / Version Control, CI / CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
