About the job :

Urgent Hiring For Data - Data Analyst

Working Days 6 days (2nd and 4th sat off)

Location - Mumbai

Job Summary :

Data Validation & Cleaning :

Identify, analyze, and correct data quality issues.
Ensure completeness, consistency, and reliability of datasets.
Perform routine audits and validations to maintain data accuracy.

Data Extraction & Manipulation :

Extract data from multiple internal and external sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets).

Use advanced SQL queries and scripts to manipulate large datasets.

Perform data wrangling using Python, R, or Excel.

Data Analysis & Interpretation :

Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business decisions.

Interpret results using statistical tools and techniques.

Create summary statistics and actionable business insights.

Reporting & Visualization :

Build automated and ad-hoc reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar.

Design and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and business metrics.

Present data findings to stakeholders in a clear and meaningful format.

Collaboration with Teams :

Work closely with business units to understand data requirements and deliver customized solutions.

Liaise with IT, data engineers, and database administrators to maintain data pipelines and ensure quality delivery.

Participate in cross-functional projects requiring data analytics support.

Data Science Support (if applicable) :

Apply basic machine learning models to solve predictive problems (e.g., classification, regression).

Use statistical methods for hypothesis testing and forecasting.

Develop prototypes and models using Python / R as per project needs.

Documentation & Best Practices :

Document data dictionaries, data workflows, and standard operating procedures.

Maintain clear documentation for repeatability and audit purposes.
