Role overview

Doerscircle is looking for a UX Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience, based in India, to craft intuitive, powerful product experiences for Independent Doers and the enterprises supporting them. You’ll work at the sweet spot between product, design, business, and tech, turning messy workflows into interfaces people actually enjoy using.

You’ll collaborate closely with our India-based tech team as well as commercial team in Singapore / India, and we meet in person every quarter to align, create, and recharge.

What you’ll do

• Own UX end to end for web dashboards and enterprise experiences, from discovery to delivery
• Translate business goals and user needs into clear flows, wireframes, and interaction specs
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and founders to ship fast, learn fast, and iterate smart
• Design for clarity first, keeping things minimal where it matters and turning up the energy where it enhances the experience
• Simplify complex states and data into beautifully usable dashboards for both sides of the marketplace
• Run lightweight research, usability tests, and gather insights directly from real users
• Contribute to and evolve our design system with a practical, ship it mindset
• Bonus : bring interfaces to life with motion, micro-interactions, and thoughtful transitions
