Senior Staff Engineer

Position : Staff Software Engineer

Duration : Full-time

Location : Hyderabad (Onsite).

Job Description :

• 10+ years of experience writing and deploying production-grade backend code.
• Strong programming skills in Java. Proficiency with Spring Boot and modern backend frameworks.
• 3+ years of experience working with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Kafka, Red panda.
• Familiarity with with both batch and stream based data processing.
• Familiarity with big data databases like SingleStore / BigQuery, relational databases.
• Extensive experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes, for building and managing scalable, reliable services.
• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems in production environments.
• Strong track record of contributing to or leading architectural efforts for complex systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, ideally GCP (AWS or Azure also acceptable).
• Design, develop, and enhance integrations based on evolving business and technical requirements.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing integrations to ensure data reliability, system performance, and infrastructure stability.
• Collaborate effectively with global engineering teams, product managers, and customer support functions.
• Champion best practices in software engineering to build scalable, high-quality data infrastructure and pipelines.
