Position Summary : We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Non-IT Recruiter Intern to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within non-IT industries.

Key Responsibilities :

Candidate Sourcing : Assist in sourcing candidates for non-IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.

Job Postings : Create and post job advertisements for non-IT positions to attract qualified candidates.

Resume Screening : Review resumes and applications for non-IT positions to identify potential candidates.

Interview Coordination : Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure smooth coordination throughout the interview process.

Candidate Communication : Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback during the recruitment process.

Recruitment Administration : Assist the recruitment team with administrative tasks, such as managing interview schedules and maintaining candidate records.

Database Management : Support in updating and managing the candidate database to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date.

Market Research : Research and stay informed about trends in non-IT recruitment and talent acquisition.

Offer Management : Assist in preparing and issuing offer letters to selected candidates.

Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and addressing queries during the recruitment process.

Qualifications :

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in recruitment and non-IT hiring.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Attention to detail and ability to manage tasks efficiently.

Willingness to learn and gain practical recruitment experience.
