Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in plugin integrations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, customization, and implementation, with a focus on integrating third-party plugins and applications. This role requires expertise in ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and best practices to drive automation and efficiency within the organization.

Experience : 8-10 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with at least 3-4 years in a technical lead role. Strong experience in managing and implementing CMDB, ServiceNow integrations, and ITSM modules.

Key Responsibilities : -

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring seamless integration with third-party plugins.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Perform integration of ServiceNow with external applications and third-party tools using APIs, MID servers, and web services.
• Evaluate, install, and configure ServiceNow plugins to enhance system capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow platform and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ServiceNow applications. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and recommend upgrades or enhancements. Skills : - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules ITSM is must and any two modules our of ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CSM.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.).
• Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and web services. - Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Orchestration. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and performance optimization techniques. - Familiarity with ServiceNow UI / UX customization, including Portal development. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
