Position : Dispatch Manager

Location : Himmatnagar

Qualification & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–6 years of experience in dispatch / logistics operations within the

FMCG or food manufacturing industry .

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee the entire dispatch operations to ensure

timely and accurate delivery

of finished goods.

Coordinate with production, sales, and warehouse teams to plan and execute daily dispatch schedules.

Monitor and manage

transportation partners, vehicle scheduling, and route optimization

for cost-effective logistics.

Ensure proper documentation for all dispatches, including

invoices, gate passes, and transport documents .

Maintain accurate

inventory and stock movement records

in coordination with the warehouse team.

Monitor loading / unloading operations to ensure

product safety and quality standards

during handling.

Track deliveries and resolve issues related to

delays, damages, or discrepancies

in shipments.

Implement and monitor

FIFO (First In, First Out)

practices for stock dispatch.

Ensure compliance with

company policies, EHS, and statutory regulations

related to dispatch and logistics.

Prepare and share

dispatch MIS reports

and performance metrics with the management team.

Continuously improve dispatch processes for

efficiency, cost reduction, and service level enhancement .
