Senior Helix Data Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Helix Data Manager with a deep understanding of HDM architecture and its components. You will be responsible for leading the installation and data migration from lower ITSM environments to Helix, including handling extremely large databases. This role requires hands-on experience with HDM migration packs and excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve any issues that arise during the process.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Install HDM (Helix Data Manager) and its various components.
• Migrate data from lower ITSM environments (18.x) to Helix 25.X .
• Handle the migration of data from extremely large databases to Helix.
• Create custom migration packs as per customer requirements.
• Utilize and understand different out-of-the-box (OOTB) migration packs available in the HDM package.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues that arise quickly during data migration.
