Branch Manager - Sales Secured Loan

Role & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve business targets for Loan Against Property.
• Ensure effective lead management, follow-ups, and conversion of prospects into disbursals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders to ensure consistent business growth.
• Monitor branch operations, including credit quality, TAT adherence, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and develop local business opportunities, cross-sell banking products, and enhance branch profitability.
• Coordinate with the credit and operations team for smooth loan processing and timely disbursal.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of mortgage products Home Loan & LAP.
• Good market intelligence and local area knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
• Excellent sales, leadership, and team management skills.
