Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Customer Support Specialist. The role involves providing excellent customer support, addressing and resolving inquiries, monitoring customer satisfaction, and assisting with technical troubleshooting. The specialist will act as the first point of contact for customers to ensure a seamless and positive experience, while documenting feedback to improve service quality.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Support, with proven skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction through prompt and effective service.

Strong Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers.

Experience with Technical Support, including troubleshooting and resolving product or service-related issues.

Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback, identify trends, and suggest improvements.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Experience in the fashion or tech industry is an advantage, mandatory.
