Job Description :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Tender Executive to manage quotation submissions, tender documentation, order processing, and coordination across departments. The ideal candidate should have experience handling tenders on online portals and working with CRM / ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Submit quotations on time, upload and maintain records in CRM.
- Create and manage sales orders in ZIP ERP , ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with logistics and finance teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Handle documentation and submission of tenders on GEM, E-Procurement, N Procurement, NCDFI , and other online portals.
- Address customer inquiries via calls and provide excellent support and follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed records of sales orders, invoices, stock, and related data.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining stock availability.
- Process dispatches , verify TA / DA claims , and support payment follow-ups (Advance, Outstanding, EMD, PBG).
- Assist in training new sales team members on processes and policies.
- Perform vendor and portal registrations and upload products on GEM as required.
- Cross-verify entries in Zoho and prepare stock data for specific brands (FOSS / Bioeasy / Generon).
- Handle global communications and support management in data sharing and reporting (MBO).
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Tender Management / Back-office Sales Support .Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP (ZIP), and online tender portals (GEM, E-Procurement, etc.) .Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.Salary : As per industry standards
