Technical Lead

Lead iOS Engineer Overview :

The Lead iOS Engineer plays a strategic role in shaping the iOS mobile development practice within the Mobile Centre of Excellence. In addition to leading technical delivery, this role is instrumental in coaching engineers, promoting platform best practices, and establishing scalable mobile engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
• Champion continuous improvement through code reviews, design discussions, and mentoring junior engineers.
• Define and enforce mobile architecture standards and reusable component libraries across teams.
• Contribute to CoE goals by identifying skill gaps and creating structured upskilling initiatives for mobile engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of mobile solutions with business objectives.
• Engage in cross-platform alignment efforts with Android and React Native leads.
• Stay informed on Apple platform evolution, recommending strategic adoption of new tools and APIs.

Required Qualifications :
