Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Merchandiser located in Chennai. The Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for managing the end-to-end merchandising process, including product selection, vendor coordination, order execution, and timely delivery. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, collaborating with sales and production teams, and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities. The candidate will be expected to ensure quality standards are met and analyze sales data to optimize product performance.

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in using relevant merchandising and inventory management software

Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Prior experience in the apparel or fashion industry is a must
