About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Mobile App Developer with experience building real-money, prize-based gaming apps , including casino-style games, skill contests, tournaments, leaderboards, and secure payment flows .

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of iOS & Android app development , backend APIs, real-time gaming mechanics, and compliance for U.S.-based prize / skill gaming markets.

Key Responsibilities 1. Mobile App Development Develop high-performance iOS (Swift / Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin / Java) applications.

Build interactive casino-style and skill-based game modules (slots, puzzles, card games, reaction games, etc.).

Smooth integration of animations , game logic, real-time events, timers, and in-app interactions.

Implement optimized UI / UX for mobile-first gaming .

2. Prize & Tournament Features Develop real-time tournaments , leaderboards, head-to-head matchups, prize brackets (1st / 2nd / 3rd places).

Build matchmaking logic (skill-based matching).

Create modules for entry fees, prize pools, bonus systems, and reward distribution .

3. Payments & Security Integrate secure payment gateways : Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Apple / Google in-app payments (where allowed).

Implement fraud detection , abuse prevention, encryption, and secure wallet system.

Knowledge of KYC / ID verification APIs (Jumio, Onfido, Persona, Veriff).

4. Backend & Database (Optional but a plus) Build or integrate backend using Node.js / Python / Firebase / AWS Lambda .

Manage player profiles, wallets, transaction history, match data, and prize distribution.

Implement real-time updates using WebSockets / Firebase RTDB / SignalR .

5. Compliance & Regulations Ensure game logic aligns with skill-based gaming rules (not chance-based) for U.S. & global markets.

Implement geo-fencing (state-based restrictions) using GPS / IP detection.

Follow App Store & Google Play guidelines for real-money gaming apps.

Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise 3–7+ years of experience in mobile app development (iOS & Android).

Strong in :

iOS : Swift, Objective-C

Android : Kotlin, Java

Cross-platform (nice to have) : Flutter, React Native, Unity

Experience developing real-time mobile games or interactive apps.

Expertise in REST APIs , JSON, WebSockets, push notifications.

Experience integrating payment gateways and wallet systems.

Solid knowledge of game mathematics , RNG (for allowed games), and animations.

Experience with Firebase, AWS, GCP, MongoDB, MySQL .

Bonus Skills Experience in online casino, rummy, poker, skill-gaming, fantasy sports, or esports apps .

Knowledge of U.S. gaming laws (skill vs chance) and state-level compliance.

Unity or Unreal Engine for high-quality mini-games.

Experience with player segmentation, leaderboards, and scoring algorithms .

Soft Skills Strong problem-solving & debugging ability.

Ability to translate game ideas into smooth mobile gameplay.

Excellent communication; ability to work with designers & backend engineers.

Creative thinking for gameplay, user retention, and gamification.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or related fields (preferred, not mandatory).

Proven portfolio of published gaming apps on App Store / Google Play is highly preferred.

Work Model Full-time / Contract / Remote options depending on experience.

Flexible working zones (IST / EST / PST preferred).
