About the Role :

We are hiring a HR - Training & Placement for our offline training center under EICT IIT Guwahati. This is a unique opportunity to lead education quality, communication training, and student placements at a center backed by the academic excellence and credibility of IIT Guwahatis EICT initiative. The role focuses on making students industry-ready through mock interviews, soft skills training, and strong corporate tie-ups.

Key - Monitor training sessions to ensure IIT-standard academic quality.

• Conduct mock interviews, GDs, and communication skill workshops.
• Build and manage corporate partnerships for successful student placements.
• Organise placement drives, job fairs, and employer engagement events.
• Track student progress, employability, and placement success - Bachelors / Masters degree in Management, Education, HR, or related field.
• 8-12 years in training / education / placement management with leadership exposure.
• Strong expertise in soft skills, career coaching, and placement strategy.
• Proven success in education quality management & student placements.
