We are looking for a Technical Trainer who can bridge the gap between hands-on shop floor training and advanced automation / process equipment training . This role is critical in building a workforce that is skilled, compliant, and future-ready.

- Essential Qualification - B.Pham / M.Pharm / B.E / B.Tech
- Years of Experience - 10 to 15 Yrs (Good Experience in Leading and Imparting Technical Training and Production areas)
Pre-requisite
Must have in-depth knowledge of USFDA regulatory guidelinesShould have fair understanding of OE (Operational Excellence)Understand technical Operations (Mfg. & Quality) processes and policiesIn-depth understanding of cGMP and USFDA regulatory trainings and culture buildingIn-depth understanding of Machines, Process and ProductsUnderstand the People development practices of companyAble to develop functional competencies of technical operations’ verticalsDevelop and maintain organizational Skill Development initiatives & strategies for employees.Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for training need analysis for identification of training topics w.R.T technical / soft skills / behavioral topics.To impart training related to product / process, cGMP and GDP, SOPs, QMS.Designing and preparation of training modules.Tracking of scheduled training and training compliance.Planning skill development training activities of all sites through Annual calendar.Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.Enhancing the respective process document, work instruction, format through document simplification process.Other duties, which may be assigned from time to time, by reporting manager.Essential job requirements :
Strong passion for learning and development.Ability to effectively communicate with employees and train personnel.Creative thinker with knowledge of traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.Should be through with SOP preparation / Revision / Change control procedure, risk assessment, compliance procedure.Must have good understanding of GMP, GDP and ALCOA++.Capable of creating OJT training modules.
