Job description
  • Collaborate with teams to manage and enhance reporting that illustrates what projects are not adhering to the current Clarity standards
  • Review projects with missing required information and work with various teams to move projects to 100% complete in the system of records
  • Validate projects are appropriately identified in the governance approval process and with the correct project designations
  • Review resources that are missing time, booked more or less than standard hours, report to leadership timesheet standing, and work with portfolio teams to correct time
  • Report project financials based on governance approved time and costs compared to resource allocations and actuals charged
  • Report CAPEX and OPEX Actuals compared to plan and escalate and follow up as needed
  • Escalate projects that are starting to run hot and work with portfolio teams to come back to governance (Early Warning Signal)
  • Streamline reporting packaging and advice on new standards
