About the Role

We are looking for someone who has either been a founder or an early product leader, or someone who has worked with tier 2, tier 3 audience of India & understands the user base of Seekho.

Your mission is to bring step changes in key business KPIs by improving user experience for our core product, Seekho App.

Requirements

• We are looking for hunger, very high user empathy and creativity
• 6-8 years of experience in consumer-facing product management ; experience building for Tier 2 / Tier 3 India and a strong understanding of these consumer personas is a plus.
• Strong expertise in analytics with proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience using data to shape product direction
• Ex-founder or founding product team member with hands-on experience building and scaling products is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate deeply with technology and data science teams to build robust consumer experiences
• Track record of translating business requirements into product outcomes that drive growth and engagement
