Hiring : SDE-1 (Full Stack Developer) | Bengaluru | Full-time

Are you a passionate Full Stack Developer eager to build scalable tech from the ground up?

We’re looking for a dynamic SDE-1 to join a fast-growing startup backed by IIT alumni, building cutting-edge tech for the industrial procurement space.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain scalable applications using Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
  • Design backend services, APIs, and system architecture for high performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship impactful features quickly.
  • Identify and solve technical challenges, optimize systems, and ensure great UX / UI.
  • Take ownership of projects and mentor junior developers.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
  • Deep understanding of system design and UI / UX principles.
  • A proactive mindset with a hunger to learn and grow fast.
  • Comfort working in a 0→1 startup phase — fast-paced, innovative, and full of opportunity.
