Functional Expert Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Functional Expert for Student Financials. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with extensive experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, particularly in the Student Financials module.

Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities : Provide functional expertise for the Student Financials module, including configuration, troubleshooting, and end-user support.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders : Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure alignment with institutional policies and compliance needs.
• Design and Implement Solutions : Develop functional solutions that meet the needs of our institution.
• Technical Collaboration : Work closely with technical teams to resolve issues, customize, and integrate systems.
• Support Testing Cycles : Participate in Unit, System Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
• Document Functional Processes : Prepare detailed documentation, including configuration guides, test scripts, and process flows.
• Subject Matter Expert : Serve as the subject matter expert for Student Financials in upgrade / enhancement projects.
