As a

Senior Motion Graphic Designer , you will play a key role in delivering high-quality visual content

for our clients at Twelve . Your expertise in motion graphics and video production will be essential in elevating both client content and internal brand projects.

Responsibilities

Understand project briefs and translate them into compelling visual stories

Design static and animated graphics for social media, digital platforms, banners, and interfaces using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Develop storyboards, style frames, and visual concepts for motion graphics projects

Animate graphics and typography using Adobe After Effects

Edit and assemble video content using Adobe Premiere Pro

Contribute creative ideas and participate actively in brainstorming sessions

Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and meet project goals

Constructively apply feedback to refine and enhance deliverables

Maintain well-organised project files and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications

4–5 years of experience in the creative / design / video field

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or Communication Design

Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro

Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure

Demonstrated ability to produce consistent, creative, and eye-catching designs

Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Willing to commit to an on-site role for a minimum of 2 years
