Content Writer (BFSI)

About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Copywriter who can blend creative flair with business understanding. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in BFSI or FinTech communication, with the ability to translate complex financial or regulatory information into clear, engaging narratives across campaigns and channels.

You will collaborate closely with brand, marketing, and design teams to conceptualize and deliver compelling content that drives clarity, trust, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conceptualize and craft marketing communication across digital, print, and campaign assets (brochures, web pages, videos, mailers, social media, etc.)
• Write and edit clear, impactful copy tailored for diverse audiences — investors, customers, distributors, or partners
• Translate technical or regulatory content into simplified, user-friendly messaging without losing accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to develop campaign ideas and brand stories
• Ensure consistency in tone, language, and messaging across all communication touchpoints
• Review and refine content produced by junior writers to maintain quality and brand alignment
• Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and emerging communication styles in BFSI and FinTech

Requirements

Ideal Profile :

8–12 years of proven writing experience, with at least 3–5 years in BFSI / FinTech domains

Strong grasp of marketing communication principles and campaign ideation

Ability to interpret financial products, compliance language, and regulatory content

Excellent command of English with a sharp eye for tone, flow, and brevity

Experience working with brand and creative teams on integrated campaigns

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision

Familiarity with SEO and digital-first writing practices will be an advantage

A storyteller with a keen understanding of brand voice and audience behavior

Comfortable switching between long-form content and crisp campaign copy

Someone who brings clarity and creativity to technical topics

A collaborator who enjoys brainstorming ideas and mentoring writers
