Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Financial Accounting
- Manage and oversee the book keeping activities maintained by external consultant and ensure timely closure of books as per group closing timeline.
- Verify & authorize vendor invoices and sharing with consultant for recording.
- Prepare and issue intercompany sales invoices, monitor settlements, and resolve discrepancies.
- Conducting intercompany reconciliation on monthly basis.
- Reviewing month end accruals & provision for incorporating in book
- Formulate and implement the financial policies & procedures.
Treasury Management
Prepare cash flow forecast and liaise with Treasury on funding arrangements.Making timely payment of statutory dues & other vendor paymentsCo-ordinating with banker for smooth functioning of bank transactions.Regulatory Compliances
Review of TDS & TCS calculation on monthly basis & timely paymentReview of e-TDS return & co-ordinate with consultant for filling of quarterly return.Review of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B workings and co-ordinate with consultant for filling returnCalculation and payment of Advance Tax liability by co-ordinating with consultantReview and filling of Income Tax Return in a timely mannerReview & co-ordinate with group tax and consultant to complete Income Tax Assessment & GST Assessment.Handling Statutory Audit, Transfer Pricing Audit & Tax Audit and co-ordinating with consultant for filling of returns on time.Management & Internal Reporting
Monthly and quarterly reporting packages comprising of financial performance, financial position and management reports of the business units and reporting to the same into Hyperion reporting system.Drive, coordinate, prepare and track annual budget & forecast.Miscellaneous
Overseeing the renewal of general insurance policiesAny other adhoc reporting as requiredRequirements :
CA / CWA-Inter with 7-10 years of experienceGood knowledge in India AS and local tax regulations is a mustIndependent and meticulous with good interpersonal relationshipStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work using Excel and PowerPoint confidentlyStrong planning skills to support dynamic business requirements and meet tight reporting timelines
