Job description

Title : Senior Sales Manager – Furniture & Fit-out

Experience : Minimum 8 years

Location : Delhi

Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive business development and sales for furniture and interior fit-out projects across corporate, commercial, and institutional clients.
  • Identify, approach, and develop relationships with architects, interior designers, project consultants, and corporate clients .
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation, proposal, and presentation to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Work closely with design, estimation, and project execution teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities , and upcoming project opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Required Skills & Competencies :

  • Proven track record in furniture and fit-out project sales .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Qualifications :

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B Furniture / Interior Fit-out / Workspace Solutions Sales .
  • Industry Preference :
