Role : Senior Business Development Representative
As a Senior BDR, you will own outbound prospecting for a set of high-value Named Accounts across North America, UKI and EU . You’ll drive pipeline creation through strategic outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn, while working closely with AEs to accelerate revenue.
What You’ll Do :
- Build and execute a strong outbound strategy for your Named Accounts with a primary focus on North America.
- Multi-thread accounts, identify key stakeholders (4–5 per account), and generate qualified pipeline.
- Craft highly personalized outreach and use creative prospecting tactics using tools like Outplay / Salesloft / Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Become an expert in the test automation space and position Testsigma as the right solution for customer pain points.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers and act as a trusted advisor.
- Consistently deliver on pipeline targets with an average ACV of ~$15K ARR per deal.
- Maintain clean, detailed CRM hygiene to support forecasting and process improvement.
What Makes You a Great Fit :
4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / Tech Sales with strong outbound prospecting experience.Proven track record of building pipeline and exceeding targets.Strong research skills and exceptional email + LinkedIn personalization ability.Experience selling DevOps / testing / developer tools is a strong plus.Ability to handle rejections, stay organized, and manage time effectively.Comfortable working in US shift (6 PM – 3 AM IST).Benefits :
