Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Legal Intern. The Legal Intern will assist with preparing and reviewing legal documents, providing support for legal consulting activities, and conducting research on various legal issues. The intern will also be responsible for ensuring clear communication between relevant stakeholders and performing tasks aligned with business operations.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge in Law and Legal Issues
• Experience or familiarity with Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation
• Exceptional Communication skills to ensure clarity and effectiveness in work
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Law or a related field is strongly preferred
