Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce OmniStudio Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce development with proven experience in OmniStudio components including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures . You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating closely with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, customize, and implement solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio components like FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures .
  • Design and deliver scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions adhering to industry best practices.
  • Work with stakeholders, business analysts, and solution architects to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce declarative tools , Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex-based customizations.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and web services.
  • Participate in code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation , data models, and integration workflows.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure proper testing, debugging, and deployment of Salesforce components.
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases, OmniStudio enhancements, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Experience : 6 to 8 years of overall Salesforce development experience, with minimum 3+ years in OmniStudio .

Technical Expertise :

  • Strong hands-on experience with OmniStudio components FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and REST / SOAP APIs .
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, security models, and declarative development .
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud / Vlocity (OmniStudio) implementation preferred.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI / CD pipelines, and DevOps practices for Salesforce deployments.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

    • Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

  • Salesforce certifications like :
  • Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer (Highly Preferred)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
  • Prior experience working in Agile environments .
  • Exposure to Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or Telecom implementations is a plus.
