Description : Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced React.JS + Next.JS Manager to lead our front-end development team. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on technical skills with proven leadership experience to build, optimize, and scale modern web :

  • Lead and mentor a team of 1015 front-end developers.
  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.JS and Next.JS.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to define and deliver new features.
  • Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, reviews, and testing.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated with latest front-end frameworks and tools.

Requirements :

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development.
  • Strong expertise in React.JS, Redux, Next.JS, and Component-based Architecture (JSX).
  • Proficiency in Tailwind CSS, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Storybook, and TypeScript.
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, DOM manipulation, and object models.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON Web Tokens (JWT).
  • Experience with front-end tools : Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Strong understanding of TypeScript and modern React workflows (Flux / Redux).
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems.
  • Knowledge of CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS.
  • Experience delivering high-performance, accessible front-end solutions.
